Well, many people have asked me to post an update on our gymnastics, so here you go. Tomorrow is our last class and I am very sad about that! Sam started enjoying his gymnastics class about two weeks in. He still doesn't love the parachute thing, but he will touch it now and likes to go under it. He absolutely loves...I mean loves the ball pit. He "jumps" in it as soon as he can and last week, he did a somersault (sp?) into it and out of it. He likes to roll around on the mats and "pretend" that he is a monster truck. If I ask him if he is doing log rolls, he says, "no, monster" so i know that the is being a monster truck. He likes to go down the slide, but I think he likes doing that better at the park. He actually gets into the music now and loves to "shake, shake, shake...freeze" with the maracas. Sam loves to bring gymnastics home with him and we play with our maracas here. He uses my big blanket as a parachute and says "under" and we go under and I sing songs for him.
