That's from NOGGIN!! Oh my gosh, that's hysterical! It's some weird green dude that eats a couple of things from his plate . . . Those particular items head to the tummy and have a giant party. The leftover carrots and green beans on the plate start crying that they want to go to the party, so they get eaten too! It's one of Ben's favorite 'commercials' on Noggin! I'm still laughing . . . .
