Nine Months

Nine months.  wow!  Jacob is growing so fast and captures more of my heart everyday.  He had it all from the beginning, but I think my heart just swells more and more for my boys.  

Jacob is crawling all over the place, pulling up, making us laugh and becoming more independent.  He smiles at anyone still, but prefers mommy over most people.  He laughs constantly at his brother.  Jacob weighs 20 lbs., 8 oz.  He is so laid back, and as his Aunt Amy says, "you can just see it in his eyes" that he is an easy going kid.  He babbles a lot and can say "dada, mama, ga-ga, ba-ba."  He can also do this weird rolling thing with his tongue that sounds hilarious.  We have no idea where this came from because neither David nor I can do it.  Jacob loves his dog and can be cheered up by him all the time.  He has a high pain tolerance...he didn't even cry at his shots yesterday!  Jacob could care less about toys.  He'd rather play with a door or anything that isn't a toy.  I think that I have another active boy on my hands!  

We couldn't be more blessed with this guy.  He is such a delight and we are so thankful that he is part of our family!  We can't believe how fast time is flying!
