Independent

Sam is learning to feed himself so well now; I don't know why I decided to let him do it with "mountain berry applesauce," but I did! I can't believe how independent he is becoming these days. He tells me when he's hungry, he tells me when he is ready for a nap, and he tells me with much conviction when he wants to go outside to play. I am just amazed at how much he has changed over the last three months. He is no longer dependent on me to take him where he wants to go around the house and he no longer needs me to feed him! It is freeing to me, but at the same time, it makes me realize how quickly life goes! I love him more and more everyday, and I am more and more proud of him each day!
